Winterberry Lane has a no-exchange and no-refund policy. This ensures that all WL product is in new condition at all times and has not previously been sold, returned and/or used. Antique, Vintage and Consignment items are clearly labelled. 

Why are all sales final? We are proud to be a local + private retail boutique; part of what makes us different is our collection of unique pieces. In a time when it has never been easier to purchase, take home, try-on, and return merchandise, we are not able to follow the same policies as large chain stores.

We make every effort to send product photos, measurements and as much information we can to help in your decision process, 24 hold time is available on merchandise.
